PUBLIC FUNDING
I-Jobs
The DNR has included Mini-Wakan on the
list of projects slotted for I-Jobs money (I-Jobs total of 830
million). Of the 100 million dollars assigned to state public
infrastructure, 40 million is pointed towards state parks. It is
the DNR's intent/desire to have $500,000 dedicated to the

Legislation
Mini-Wakan is on the DNR's list for
$500,000 for fiscal year 2011! With this action by the DNR (and
the proceeds from our local fundraising/grant writing), we are
three quarters of the way to our goal of 1 million dollars.
